Q:Are You a Factory or Trading Company?

A:We are a factory, with 6 years experience on machines, our products sell very well all over the world.

Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Ruian Zhejing China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport. 

It's about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai (5 hours by train). All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us.

Q:How long is your warranty? And what is the warranty?

A:The warranty period is 12 months, within the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts caused by quality problems.

All faults caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of the PC and the built-in software of the touch screen) are not covered by the warranty (except for wearing parts).
